The way To Happiness.

Posted by Andrew on September 6th, 2006

There are three stage along the road to happiness. The first stage has to do with the way we interact with people in general. It is a very simple principle that just about all of us have heard at least once in our lives.

The second stage to happiness has to do with the importance we place upon our own happiness. In fact, people who are continually concerned with the condition of their own lives are usually very miserable. We must put our interests aside and invest in the happiness of others to be happy.

The last stage along the road to happiness is the renunciation of everything belonging to this world. All of our posessions will rot and corode, our bodies are continually producing new cells to replace those that have died a moment before. Our bodies are a mere vehicle for the soul. Our soul has one single purpose and that is to return to the creator after successfully completing it’s purpose here on earth. The fulfillment of the purpose of this life is explained in my previous article.

The way to happiness:

1) Do not unto thy neighbour that which you would not have done unto thyself.

1) Do unto thy neighbour that which thou would have done unto thyself.

2) Give unto thy neighbour that which thou would receive unto thyself.

3) Know that thou came from God naked and naked thou must return unto him. Disguard all predudices and vices of this world.
This world has nothing of value to the spirit. If we become enslaved by material values we loose sight of our real purpose.
By following these principles our lives become much simpler and we find that we become the people who we always wanted to be.
